In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to HNMV GLOBAL ENTERPRISE LLP.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our privacy, refund and shipping policies.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products

Our products are cosmetics for external use only. Product images are for illustration, and packaging may vary slightly. Results differ from person to person. Always read the label, patch test before first use and stop use if irritation occurs. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are handled by secure third-party payment gateways.

Orders

An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if pricing or listing errors occur, or if we suspect fraud. In that case, any payment received is refunded in full.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the koriveda name, logo, text, images and design, belongs to HNMV GLOBAL ENTERPRISE LLP or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
