Where we ship

We ship to serviceable PIN codes across India through our courier partners. For international and bulk orders, write to partners@koriveda.com.

Cash on delivery may carry an additional handling fee, shown at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery times

•     Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

•     Metro cities: usually 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

•     Rest of India: usually 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during sales, holidays, extreme weather or for remote locations.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email, SMS or WhatsApp once your order ships.

Failed deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or the recipient was unavailable after repeated attempts, we will contact you. Prepaid orders can be reshipped for an additional shipping charge, or refunded minus shipping costs.

Damaged parcels

If the outer packaging looks tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery or record an unboxing video, then follow the steps in our refund policy.
