This privacy policy explains how koriveda, a brand of HNMV GLOBAL ENTERPRISE LLP (LLPIN ACJ-1271), collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our website or buy from us. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect

•     Details you give us: name, phone number, email address, shipping and billing address, and messages you send to customer care.

•     Order details: products purchased, order value and order history. Payments are processed by our payment partners. We do not store your card, UPI or net banking details.

•     Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

•     To process, ship and support your orders, including returns and refunds.

•     To reply to your questions and complaints.

•     To send order updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

•     To send marketing messages, only where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

•     To prevent fraud, improve the website and meet legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with service providers who help us run the store: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment gateways, courier and logistics partners, and analytics and messaging tools. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences and understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the store may stop working.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, then deleted or anonymised.
